How we started

Premier Limo began in 2009 with a single Lincoln Town Car and a founder who'd spent a decade chauffeuring for a private aviation charter — the kind of work where being five minutes late means someone misses a flight worth more than the car. That standard came with him.

The company grew by referral, mostly from corporate clients who valued a driver they could rely on for early-morning airport runs, and from wedding planners who needed a service that wouldn't improvise on the day.

How we operate today

We're still independently owned, based in Toronto, and every chauffeur on staff is a direct employee — not a contracted gig driver. That's a deliberate choice: it means background checks, ongoing training, and a consistent standard of service we can actually stand behind.

Our fleet is replaced on a rolling basis so no vehicle in service is older than ten years, and every car is inspected weekly regardless of mileage.

What we hold ourselves to

Three commitments that shape every hire, every vehicle purchase, every route.

Punctuality without exception

Chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive with buffer built in, not exactly on time — because exactly on time means occasionally late.

Discretion as a default

No conversation unless you start it, no phone calls in the front seat, and confidentiality on every corporate itinerary.

A car that matches the photo

The vehicle you see when you book is the class of vehicle that arrives — detailed the same morning, not the same week.

Licensing & insurance

The paperwork side, in plain terms.

Premier Limo operates under Ontario Private Transportation Company license #48213, with commercial auto insurance covering every vehicle and every passenger seat in the fleet.

All chauffeurs hold valid Ontario Class G licenses at minimum, pass a criminal background check before hiring, and complete defensive-driving training annually.
